Week-06

That's a good question! :) 

So let's go through our process, a bit more in-detail. Obviously, right now we're trying to reach more people and inform them about our website and its goal. Another thing we're doing is writing blog posts. I plan to post a blog entry every week, some might be informative, some might be random facts, and some might just be jokes and advice. Some weeks will be longer and some will be shorter. My point is, you can expect something new every week, and if not, we'll try to make our writing more interesting for our readers. Feel free to comment new ideas or feedback on our blog posts, but always remember be nice...haha! :)

The second thing we're doing (right now AKA in the present) is contacting people. I'm contacting friends, teachers, people I know, new faces, and many more. I'm interviewing these people, and creating pieces about their lives and their stories. They'll have their own unique stories and their own different and diverse backgrounds. We all know, not everyone has the same story, and we all have our own story to share! :) 

As I've mentioned, more people can learn about each other through this, and connect with each other! Right now there's no set release for these interviews, but I'll try to do them every month! So far, I update readers on my blog posts, by informing them if a interview entry is in the making. You can find these interviews and stories on my Community Stories Page. And if you're open or interested in completing an interview, feel free to contact me through my Contact Us Page! 

Finally, a new page we've brought in, is called Opportunities! If you're like me, and you're always looking for a way to help out your community or advocate for others, whenever I learn about new opportunities that aren't restricted through location, I try to post them there. I've found it so frustrating, when there's a great volunteer experience, only to figure out it's across the country :(

So far, I've only found a few, so if you guys have any suggestions feel free to contact me! That's all! :) 

Putting that aside, I'm delighted to tell you guys, that we're ready to check out our Community Stories Page! I've uploaded my first interview on the page, and I'm so excited for you guys to learn all about it! Special thanks goes to our interviewee, without her, this wouldn't have been possible, and she's been so helpful and open-minded! So make sure to check it out! :)
